The Latino Charter School Coalition was founded to improve educational outcomes for Latino students by supporting Latino-founded and led charter schools in Philadelphia. The coalition works through legislative advocacy, policy creation, and resource identification to strengthen school operations and academic success.

The Latino Charter School Coalition includes the following member schools: Aspira Bilingual Cyber Charter School, Antonia Pantoja Charter School, Esperanza Academy Charter School, Esperanza Cyber Charter School, Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School, and Pan American Academy Charter School.
Service providers and partners include Aspira, Congreso, and Esperanza.
